There's nothing wrong with eating the basics, as long as you're following the plan. However, it's best to move up through the OWL rungs eventually, both for variety and for making this WOE a part of your life permanently - limiting your foods forever makes it more like a diet. You may not get sick of the same foods right now, but months from now, you may feel differently!
