Re: carbs in chicken and eggs | | Many "bagged" chicken products are injected with a salt-sugar solution in order to keep the chicken moist when cooked. In fact, I've noticed the solution is being used in some chickens that you buy raw in the fresh meat case too (read the labels!) |
