Day five...no loss. | | Hi. I started Adkins on Sunday and weighed myself for the first time this morning (Thursday) and gained about .6 pound. I understand the need to follow very closely and am very confident that I have. I know I have not exceeded 20 net carbs a day. I have felt pretty good. Did have some headaches and cravinigs on day 3, but other than that, its been good. I drink my water. The only thing I do that is possibly off plan is drink 2-3 cups of oolong tea (unsweetened- no calories) so I can not imagine that is it. I am really surprised. We all know when we have maybe pushed it too much and deep inside you have not been 100% perfect, but this time I really think I have been right on. ITs very frutrating to see a gain. BTW, I have been in ketosis since day three (when I bought the strips). Anyone have some advice to keep me going. |
