Re: Let's talk shakes | | I have used them on induction for breakfast when I did not feel like eating "solid" food and needed to make sure my blood sugar stayed stable.
When I did Atkins the first time, there were times I had to be at work at 3am. Dr. A says in the book to have something with in 30 minutes of waking and so Atkins Vanilla shake while getting ready for work was the way to go for me.
It is a YMMV (your mileage may vary) thing though. What works for me, might not work for the next person!!
