I do the same when I make Shake'nBake at home. Pork chops are great, as are beef and pork roasts. And one of my favorites is Corned Beef Brisket. These are just a few of the great, flavorful and filling foods allowed on this diet.
And for salad dressisng, I make my own using Good Seasons mixes. My favorite is the Garlic and Herb, and it only has 1 carb per serving versus 3 in other dressings!
