Re: Help - back up a pound | | If you are female, your monthly cycle may be playing tricks with you. I always retain water right before "it", so I stop weighing for a few days. I can weigh as much as 3 pounds heavier and then in 4 days be 6 pounds lighter. Just ignore it and keep on as you are going. The weight will come off!!!
