1.Atkins Chocolate Shake for breakfast (only b/c the shake says its for all stages)
2. 3 ham roll ups with provalone cheese inside with mustard and mayo
3. Atkins mudslide marshmallow bar
4. Atkins Vanilla shake
5. 9 chicken wings, unbreaded with blue cheese

I weighed myself today and im only down 1 pound. I started at 175 and 3 days later Im at 174. I am 5'10, but not really sure if that matters. I really want to lose about 30 pounds so if someone wouldnt mind giving me a HARD push in the right direction, I would greatly appreciate this. And maybe like a small menu of what I should eat tomorrow, maybe I need to start all over
Thanks everyone!
This is not the Dr. Atkins "Atkins diet" in any manner. If it was there would be a lot of fresh, whole foods and lots of healthy fats like butter and olive oil. There would be veggies at every meal. There would be no shakes and mud slide bar. Atkins said those kinds of processed foods should be used in an emergency only.

Atkins Nutritionals is in the business of pushing low carb Frankenfoods, not having you lose weight the healthy way and make it a total lifestyle change. You should only eat foods that you can and will eat for the rest of your life.

A healthy breakfast could be some scrambled eggs with some onion, peppers and/or mushrooms mixed in. Or an omelet with veggies and cheese. Yum!

The ham and cheese roll-ups are okay, but you need to add a salad with full-fat dressing to that. Processed meats are not best, but okay once in a while.

The wings are good, but you need veggies with that. Keep your fat high, protein moderate, carbs from veggies and Frankenfoods zero, and you will do well.

Sunny!
