If you step foot in my kitchen, you will see nothing but real, whole, fresh foods. Except for the shakes.

TMJ is certainly a reason to turn to protein shakes when needed, I totally agree. My concern is when people substitute them primarlily for whole foods in order to achieve weight loss and good health when they can actually eat whole foods.
I'm sorry you've had to go through TMJ, I know it to be very painful indeed.
