Hi everyone atkins has been the only diet that has ever worked for me. I am looking forward to getting to know others that have the same struggle I do.
I also have pcos and my health is one of the main reasons I need to stick to this diet. My goal seems so far away but as I see others here having reached such success that gives me hope.
