Carbless--yes, you might be right that it's psychosomatic. Perhaps eating reminds my subconscious that I'm "on a diet" (yeah I know, not really a diet) and that makes me "hungry." Seems kinda weird since I don't normally snack after dinner. Anyway it might stop happening after I get more time clocked with this WOE. Thanks for your thoughts.
