Congratulations on your weight loss thus far, I'm rooting for you!!!!! Three people in my family have had triple bypass surgery, so I know if I don't succeed in this way of life then that will be the road Im gonna be headed down. Thank you for posting!!! Please keep us updated with progress pics.
