Thought the brownie mix was alright. Not as good as the banana muffins. What I thought made the product better was to cook the muffins or brownies a couple of minutes shorter than what is on the directions, especially the muffins. The first time I cooked the muffins according to the directions they came out coarse and dry. I usually just cook half a recipe for the muffins and the complete box for the brownies and freeze them. I tried to freeze the muffins once and when they thawed, they were not as good. The brownies are fine to freeze and thaw. |
