My name is Sharon and I could have written your introduction! I just have been feeling crummy about my appearance and need to really do something about it.
I joined this site back in Sept. and I looked at my weight that I have in my profile and it was 11 lbs lighter. But I didn't do anything then and look where it got me. So I've started today and I'm going to lose this bulk!
If you need a buddy I could use one too. We have about the same to lose. I'm 5' 8" and 179 as of this morning. Also my all time high
