if you can do 3 pushups, do them!! do 3 pushups every day for two weeks. then move to 4 pushups, another two weeks. maybe you want to have rest days, maybe you don't.....thats for you to decide. but just stick with it and eat sensibly.......your numbers will improve and you'll get stronger. and lets say you lose 50lbs or so....then i am thinking, you can do pushups with each of your daughters on your back!! i bet they would get a kick out of that
