I made it tonight & added penne for the rest of the family.
I sauteed the sliced chicken breast cutlets in a little butter, then added a cup of chopped asparagus & a few slices of chopped prosciutto & a bit of shredded parm on top...yumm!

I read the ingredients & some of it was questionable, but that was in the less than 2% part, so I'm thinking it was OK. It was 1% carbs per serving & 0 sugars.
