Hmm, so the trick here is to actually eat more quantity to lose more weight so that the starvation mode does not factor in, presumably. I think tonight I will mosy down to the river and have some parmesian grilled oysters, bacon wrapped shrimp, and some fried catfish, along with the broccoli option instead of the potatoes and hush puppies. Can't wait!
