This is good for you, but the replacement of fat with muscle will cause it to seem as though you haven't lost a lot. Second, you said that you are doing semi-induction. Any change from induction will result in less weight lost. Depending on how much you have to lose this could be a good thing.
Maybe, instead of weighing, you should get a tape measure and measure yourself once a week. That way you can see the difference in inches and not rely so heavily on the pounds lost.
