Not sure about flax either, Tescos have "Brown linseed". Is that the same thing?
Also what is:
2 T flax meal
Is this 2 teaspoons, or tablespoons?! | Any time a recipe uses an upper case T it means tablespoon. A lower case t would indicate a teaspoon. |
