That's not enough to make you even close to sick or cause any adverse effects... unless you weigh something like, 100lbs (or have an underlying medical condition). I don't know since you don't post stats.

If you think that you are drinking too much, then try sipping, or putting ice cubes in your water to slow you down. People should be drinking *minimum* of 64oz plus more for every pound you want to lose.

However, if you have extreme workouts, and/or are extremely overweight, it's possible that you're actually not drinking enough for what you're doing.
