Re: Just joined board today | | First, welcome to the board!
Now going down to business... :P
How much chocolate are you allowed during induction? The (sad) answer is none! Here is the list of foods acceptable in induction: http://www.atkinsdietbulletinboard.c...induction.html (What foods can be eaten on Induction?)
Dr. Atkins "forgot" to add chocolate to the list. (joking)
So no chocolate for now. There are however legal desserts you can make. Did you know about Linda's website? She has some awesome recipes there. Here's the link to it: Linda's Low Carb Menus & Recipes - Home
I guess you don't have the book if you live in DK (I had a hard time finding it in Germany, too), so you might want to read the "sticky" threads in the induction forum: Atkins Diet 14-day Induction - Atkins Diet
Happy losing and ask questions whenever you are not sure about something!

Imagine that you're doing great, losing weight, feeling better than ever, thrilled with yourself, hearing compliments from friends and acquaintances---and then it happens! Despite all your good intentions, you're mightily tempted by a food you're not supposed to have. What to do? I'll tell you this: You'd better have a strategy ready!"
