Default Atkins PLUS Alli....recipe for disaster or success?

OK, someone asked me about whether you can / should use "Alli" when doing Atkins.... I said "I" wouldn't do it, out of fear of the side effects.... plus I have no idea whether it would screw with my regular medications.....
