Introduction | | Hi my name is Abby and I am a 24 year old female. When I started 29 days ago I weighed 212 lbs. I now weigh 198-200 depending on the day. I have slipped twice on the diet once for an anniversary and another for a bachlorette party (due to alcohol.) I work out 3-4 times a week depending on my schedule. I like to do the eliptical, hip hop abs, and run. I feel as though I am at a stand sill with the diet and that has brought me to this forum for some helpful and positive feedback. My friend and I started the diet the same time and she is losing at a much faster pace than me so it can be very discouraging and she did not have as much to lose. I also work nights as a nurse and have two children at home under the age of 4 so I usually operate on about 4-6 hours of broken sleep a day (I know this is the reason for my weight gain but I cannot put my children in daycare.) Because of my sleep pattern I rely a lot on coffee and have tried to give it up but its hard. I also have a husband at home who can eat whatever he wants and not gain a pound so at night I have to cook two different meals (one for him and the children and one for me.) |
