I haven't cheated either, counting carbs (no more than 25 a day) and carbs come from vegetables. I am going to cut back on the atkins meal bars and look at my fat intake which might help. Choosing leaner meats and staying away from the 200 plus meal bars might help. I hope this works. I feel its a lot of sacrafice for little weight. Also I need to start working out again. So maybe this will help for you, not sure.
