Get back on track, don't forget what happened - learn from it! Do whatever it takes to make sure it doesn't happen again. Next time you should only eat the items on the table that you have prepared specifically to plan and nothing else. You can have others host parties but you have to be able to step away from harmful foods.

Congrats on your loss so far -- and on changing your hormonal problems!! That right there proves this WOE works!! Hope you shake off the SuperBowl disappointment and get back on plan! Join a couple exercise challenges and help get yourself feeling better
