Re: Doing OK, but need a little boost. | | Scott, I find when I up my water and drop the sodas that can often shift things. By upping water I mean 64 oz + a day. A week of that and you may see a couple of pounds fall off. You will also be retaining less water since your sodium intake will be lower. Hang in there.
