Re: Doing OK, but need a little boost. | | Thanks Jill. I'm not drinking as much water as I should. I just signed up for 64oz a day Feb challange to hopefully get it in gear. Also, I know I need to kick up the exercise. It is hard being honest with yourself when you went from eating everything you wanted all the time to eating much less food and restricting your choices so much. You tend to think that just by the sheer magnitude of doing that alone weight should be falling off. But it is much more than that isin't it. Ironic, it comes on so fast and easy with no rules, it comes off slow and hard with many rules. I'm hanging in there...like a hanging chad in the 2000 election, refusing to give up!
