Re: Fast Food | | I absolutely have the best weight loss results with....if I don't cook or prepare it, I don't eat it. If I made it, I know what's in it and I can estimate the carb count accurately. It gets boring sometimes but I am incredibly busy during the day and I have tuna salad EVERY day Monday through Friday. One can of tuna drained with 2 tablespoons of mayo. HIGH protein and fatty too. It fills me up and curbs my hunger throughout the day. It's an easy way to get at least 300 calories in there. It also helps boost the protein percentage without having to consume high calorie chunks of other meats all day long. For variety...if you can call it that...switch it up and have egg salad. Scoop it up out of the bowl with pork rinds. |
