Re: Clinching 2009: Exercise Challenge (misplaced) | | Morning Nyna -- what I do is on the count of 1 I squeeze the ball...on the count of 2 I do clinches....that way you're working both sets of muscles. I'm doing well, had a set back a couple days ago but I'm back on track doing extra exercises to make up for it.
