Re: Fitday + Atkins = Confusion | | So I should customize every food I add rather than leaving it up to the previously entered food the program picks up? For example I made stuffed peppers yesterday and it told me 1 medium green bell pepper was like 5.5 g of carbs ( it doesn't seem to grasp the concept of net carbs). Technology is great but really jacks sh*t up!
