Re: Fitday + Atkins = Confusion | | Well, you add all your foods in Fitday, and then you do the math yourself. Fitday shows the total carbs and the fiber (in the summary you see on the main page, where all your foods are listed), so you just subtract the two to figure out how much you ate that day.
BTW, it's the same thing when you read nutritional labels in the US.
