I won't use fitday because of having to do all the extra stuff with it. I just prefer to write out what I eat and only eat it based on net carbs. I won't buy anythign that doesn't show sugar carbs in it. Fitday never worked for me or I just got to frustrated with it. Ever after the net carbs it still doesn't come out correctly. |
