My name is Mia. This is about my 4th time returning to the atkins diet. The other times I lost a good amount of weight but did not stick with it. I also did not have a good understanding about the way the program worked. I reread some things that I thought I knew already and I started over on 2/8/09. I've lost 5 pounds so far! That's the most I've ever lost during my first week so I'm ecstatic! I'm hoping to meet all of my goals this time around and make this a lifelong change!
