There are two other pizza crusts that don't involve flax. One is with cream cheese from linda's low carb site. It's really good, but being a pizza addict too, I ate more of it than I should have the first time I made it. Now I only make half a pizza at a time

. Here's the site:

I also made a pizza with Queso Fresco. It is much more difficult to make, more expensive, and the only benefit I see from doing it is if you like a crispy thin crust. I usually make Linda's. It's great. Also, at Publix I found a pizza sauce that only has 2 grams of carbs per serving. The sauce is what kills you with pizza. I haven't done the alfredo pizza yet, but it looks like a winner too.
Experiment with some of the recipes for things you "used to" eat. For most of them there are wonderful substitutes. I had pancakes with butter and syrup for breakfast (5 net carbs). Things like that really make this WOE enjoyable and sustainable.
PS, congrats on your second goal! You seem to be right with Papadeuce. Practically the same start weight and current weight. He's from PA too.
