Another thing to look out for with these kind of products is that they have a lot of sugar alcohols and glycerine in them. Now the makers of the product say it is only 2 carbs in them but some of us actually do process the carbs that are in sugar alcohol and gycerine. The American Diabetes Organization tells people
to count half the carbs in any product with sugar alchol. So if we follow that avice, and maybe we should, some of these bars actually have 10 carbs in them.
