Is it Healthy? | | I'm 17 years old and losing 1.5 lbs. daily,i feel fine im just not hungry so i dont eat. I eat maybe 1 pork chop or 1/2 a lb. of ground beef a day or less.I also exercise every 2 days about 200 situps and 50 push ups. i'm taking in 0-10 carbs a day,i drink lots of diet arizona green tea and water. |
