Back again! | | Hi there everyone!
I started the Atkins Plan April last year for about three months then i fell off. I lost 10lbs,now gained that 10lbs back plus extra 2lbs. So dissapointed in myself.
I have come back as i know the Atkins Plan is only plan that works for me,only if i am prepared to do it propely this time. After Induction i found it difficult count carbs, go up rungs!
Anyway i am on Day 1 of Induction,hopefully wont get as ill as i did last time in first few days.
