However I did want to say that since being on induction for 6 weeks I have noticed that my keytones gradually built up from trace to large without additional changes to my diet. I also remember reading Dr Atkins saying that you are still burning fat even with a neg or trace result from the keytone stick. Hope that helps a bit. Keep going it's well worth it. |
