hi everyone.. I am Tawsif... I am a part time journalist.. full time graduate student from Bangladesh (its a small country from south east asia).. i am 5 feet 9 inches tall and i weigh 180 pounds... i want to get down to 145 pounds, my all time healthiest, which i was two years ago.. but most importantly, i want to keep off the weight and keep working towards a better health with atkins for the rest of my life
i will be starting my induction from tomorrow...if anyone is starting in a day or two, or has already started a few days back, we can buddy up and keep each other accountable..
