Keep exercising for one! Exercise raises HDL which acts like a broom to sweep the 'bad' cholesterol to your liver and clear it from your body. 6 months of Atkins and exercise has raised my 'good cholesterol' 4 points!
Some foods too, like cinnamon and the spices in curry, have been shown to have a favorable effect on choesterol. I eat a little cinnamon every day. |
