My name is Janice and I'm 59 years old. I want to ask for help and support as I re-start Atkins. I lost 50 lbs. several years ago but I let myself down and re-gained the weight plus 10 more pounds. I am at the heaviest I've ever been. I have become over-weight, depressed and ashamed of myself. I do not like living this way so I have finally gotten to a place where I KNOW I can change bad habits for good habits. I would love to join this 50+ group and I will promise to stick to my induction phase and be an encourager to others. I know I need to change my picture but in a way, it gives me encouragement knowing what I can look like again. Just picture me in reality at having a double chin and 50 more pounds than the picture shows. lol
I want to learn all about the new Board and start my 'ticker', etc.
It feels great to be back. It feels great to be doing what I know I should be doing in losing this weight ---- again.
