I just found this forum and thought I'd join in. Not my first time doing LC, but the plan is to never ever stray again. I found myself in a place I never want to see again (over 300), had to go on blood pressure and blood sugar meds, and I finally said enough. I know the right thing to do, just do it for crying out loud. I noticed scanning the titles of many of your intro's that a lot of you are feeling scared. I felt that too when I started because I've failed at this before. Knowing what other people must think when they see you shrink 80lbs only to watch as I blimped out again.
The difference this time is going to be forums like this!! I finally feel like I can get the support I need by having friends that are going through the same things I am. I hope we can all do this together.
