Re: Rice cauliflower | | The recipe I found called to use frozen caulifower- then cook it in the microwave (a little water and coverd so it steams). Then you place it on layers of paper towels and try to get as much moisture as you can out of it. If you over cook it it will turn to much btw...... After that you put it in a food processor and pulse it till it looks like rice. I have used fresh cauliflower as well and didn't have a problem but it had a stronger flavor.
Apparently there are ricing machines but I do not have one. I use the flat blade that sits near the bottom of my processor.
I like to make up a full batch and then use it for a couple of days/meals.
