If you use the Ketostix to test for ketosis, you will get a false positive for about three days. Wine and low carb alcohol is not until rung 5. You need to work your way through extra veggies, soft cheeses, nuts and seeds and berries before trying alcohol. Since you can't undo yesterday, don't make a big deal about it in your mind. Just move forward as if the slip never happened. |
