Re: I made a booboo | | Thank you Sunny! I'm trying, I keep telling myself drink lots of water! It's so hard for me. I've been drinking Crysatl Light, I think that's ok to drink, right? I'm working on the coffee, 1/2 & 1/2 and splenda reduction. I've got it down to 3-4 a day 2weeks ago I was drinking a pot or two a day!....any thoughts on how to control my caffiene addiction....besides cold turkey~I don't want the withdrawls.
One more thing, I don't eat breakfast until 11am. I've always been like this, food just isn't appealing to me any earlier. I usually have my coffee, get on the tread mill~ 3miles but only 2 today, then eat breakfast about 11. Any suggestions?
