I gave up coffee when I first started this woe and used to have only one cup of tea in the morning (soy milk, no sweetners) I also used to drink tons of diet coke and cut down to one can of cafine free per day.

Our church has been fasting for a month and they decided to fast meat and eat only vegies/carbs. Well that didn't fit in with me so I decided to fast my morning cup of tea and evening cafine free diet coke instead. The thing is no I've gone one month with out both and the fast is coming to an end. Should I revert back to my old habits or keep up what I've been doing. I'm sure that having no coffee is good but what effect would one cup of tea have a day. Couldn't be helpful as far as antioxidants go? Any thoughts.
