Hi Tracy! Just wanted to drop by and say hello to another fellow Missourian. I'm down south from you near Cape Girardeau but I have family that live in St Louis and St Charles.

Just so you know this way of life does get easier. Try to stay as clean as you can because it will help you in your cravings. I used to eat pizza 3 or 4 times a week until this way of life. Last night my hubby ate one of those little mini gas station pizzas while I was in the truck with him. It smelled good but I didn't want it. Plus the longer you go with out cheating it makes you want to keep going and I don't see myself wanting to go thru induction flu again anytime soon.

With your veggies, experiment, experiment, experiment! My favorite thing to eat on veggies is made by taking some oil, red wine or apple cider vinegar, a packet of splenda, and a dash of soy sauce. Shake it all up and drizzle over veggies, YUM! (I just make it to suit my taste each time) It is also good on pork chops and chicken.

I wish you well. You can do this!
