Mistakes I made and how I plan to fix them | | I have done a few things I never did before on induction that I can say I am stopping immediately
1 - too many seasonings with salt added
2 - adding crystal light or similar to my water (plain water is just better I think)
3 - skipped breakfast yesterday
Tomorrow I will hit the GYM (for the first time in months!) probably go on the bike and stepper....
