I tried this tonight and it was the best chicken I ever put in my mouth. I didn't have any onion powder but I didn't miss it and can't imagine it being any better than it was. I fried mine instead of baking. It was DELISH! My kids and DH said it was "amazing". I won't ever cook chicken any other way. Although I will probably try the baked version since I hate frying because of the mess. Thanks so much for sharing this!!!
