Re: help | | read the book and the stickies in induction. stick to the foods on the list for the induction. Keep your carbs less than 20 grams a day. Have 3 cups of vegies a day. Drink 64 ounces of water a day. Take a multivitamin and omega 3 supplement. Get your measurements and check them once a month. Don't weigh your self more than once a week. Less if you can do it. Then read the book again. Ask questions and read the stickies.
