Hi everyone! This is my third, fourth, fifth time on Atkins. ( too many to count. ) I am back!
My goal is to lose 68 pounds by July first. I am having TR ( tubal reversal ) surgery on July 7th. My goal is to get down to 180 pounds by July. This is my 4th day back, and I am doing very well. I've lost a total of 8.5 pounds so far. Not much of an appetite, but I'm eating lots of veggies and drinking that water.
I will keep everyone posted weekly. It's so good to be back!
